Types of Recruitment
The general principle of recruitment says “recruitment agencies should not charge any amount from the employee; instead the employers should pay the recruiting charges to the recruitment agencies”. But in practical (mostly in underdeveloped world) this principle is applied only about 10 % of the recruitment. Over the years we have worked with several organizations and we understand that each organization holds different methods of recruitments with diversified terms and conditions. Thus, when it comes to the recruitment procedures and terms and conditions we are flexible in such matters. For your kind reference we are mainly working with following three types of recruitment practices.
Free recruitment: All the expenses occurring during the course of the recruitment (including our service charges) is to be paid to the agency by the employers. In this case we do not charge any amount to the selected employees for the recruitment and they travel to the destination free of cost. We confirm to pay penalties to the employer/employee if we are found to be taking extra charges from the employee.
